Founded in 2024 by Sydney-born creative Sarah Ross, Nara Swim was born from a deep love of sun, saltwater, and the kind of heat that slows life down. Raised by strong women and shaped by a life spent mostly outdoors, Sarah created Nara to bring together sustainability, storytelling, and timeless design, all in one reversible piece.

Each swimsuit carries meaning, in its materials, in its prints, and in the stories woven through every collection. One side may feature artwork from a global artist or a print inspired by heritage textiles. The other: a classic solid, versatile and elegant enough to travel anywhere.

But Nara isn’t just about what you wear, it’s about how it makes you feel.

The name Nara means “happy” or “good,” a feeling we hope stays with you long after you leave the water. It’s also a quiet tribute to Sarah’s mum, Channara, whose strength and warmth have always been her compass. That balance of softness and resilience lives at the heart of everything we create.
