Duties & Taxes

The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Please contact your local customs office if further information is required.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $70AUD return fee deducted from your refund/store credit. This return fee covers the return shipping and fees. 

Delivery

Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. We are also not responsible for any shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are having issues with your delivery, please contact your local postal service directly. To avoid any delivery issues, we suggest requesting for signature on delivery or using the Free AusPost Parcel Lockers if you are in Australia.
