Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for returned items at this time, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Exchanges & Store Credit:
If you'd like to exchange an item or receive store credit due to a change of mind, size, or design preference, we offer store credit for unworn swimwear, clothing, and accessories, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including swing tags and eco cotton bag.
  • You include your order number for return/exchange.
  • Items are returned within 2 weeks of delivery.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping fees.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@naraswim.co We may request photographic evidence or additional details. If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).


Order Cancellations

Please double-check your order details (including delivery address) before submitting. We have a strict no cancellation policy. This applies to all orders, including pre-orders.
